Are Unions Above the Constitution?

Friends I found this on Freedom Connect and asked myself why the mainstreet media ignores information like this! This is a group of conserned citizens down in IL. They call themselves,
The Daily Beck Just a small group of americans doin the american thing! hmmm...

Somedays I feel like a reporter myself scouring the bowels of the internet for what I percieve to be the truth! Kudos to this person who I will not  identify because the small town USA neighbors might uummmm...

If only Wisconsin knew

The truth has no agenda ... I think each patron who's tax dollars pay into the general fund has the right to request a copy of their Public Employee's Contract Agreements and the district's budget ... ask for a budget from a prior year as this way you can see actual income and expenses not projected numbers based on the year before last. If you'd like to see an example of a contract agreement you can visit http://tinyurl.com/4azlqy4  This link will take you to the Sprinfield School District's Contract Agreement, the pay scales and all.

If school boards stand behind their Union agreements then they should be bold enough to post them on their web sites or provide them upon request. AND don't let them tell you there isn't one ... my district told me a copy of our contract didn't exist ... one call to my Union Rep. and go figure, not only did it exist but they were in grievence not providing it to an employee upon request. The Union Rep. provided several copies to the District before the week was out and sent me my very own personal copy directly. :)

I should mention I'm learning as I go ... we just finished our latest negotiations. I was given a questionaire, the ground rules were negotiated ... I refused to vote on which employee would be our voice ...the only one willing to do it was a dishonorable choice ... in my opinion, and I didn't have enough time as a member to volunteer. The bargaining team voted to agree on open negotiations ... which means when the district represenatives and the bargaining team sit across the table from eachother I was allowed to listen but not speak. I was not permitted to sit in or negotiate with the bargaining team after submitting my questionaire for suggested amendments ... my fellow employees on the negotiating team were limited in their speech with me. That one was beyond me ... ... it was debated as to wether we would be permitted to see the amended contract agreement as it was being negotiated ... a work in progress and all I was permitted to do was sit back and watch the show. I was completely in the dark as to strategy and concerns. I lost trust in an old friend as she is a school board member, I was told all communication would cease unitl negotiations were complete. The negotiations lasted several months and I became bitter at the reality between this bureaucracy and bargaining unit in regards to my God given freedoms and how brazen the whole system seemed to carry out it's business. It was then and there I learned how much this American doesn't fit well into the communist/socialist world. I was limited in my speech, I was distrusted and silenced. As a matter of fact I'm sure despite my work ethic, the bargaining unit and the district would both rather have me fired if they knew I was blogging this. My Union Rep. once told me to as I was called into the superintendents office ... "check the Constitution at the door" that's when I learned that the District and Unions find the Contract Agreement to supersede our Nation's Constitution.

Be sure to look in your school districts contract agreement under Separablility of Contract Provisions ... ours says In the event that any provision of this Agreement should, at any time during its effective period, be declared unlawful and unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall apply only to the specific article, section or portion thereof directly specified in the decision. Such decision shall not invalidate the entire Agreement, it being the expressed intention of the parties hereto that all other provisions of this Agreement not be declared unlawful and the Agreement as a whole shall remain in full force and effect ... bla bla bla ... ... the way I see it ... if the Union Contract Agreements are bankrupting our States then wouldn't that be unlawful???? Kinda like Obamacare???? So it's not like Gov. Walker's tossing out their job ... he's just evening the scales so the States financial status lives within it's means.

People need to realize that Public Employee jobs are paid from the working classes income taxes ... Government DOES NOT CREATE JOBS! Americans create jobs! When the government takes income taxes from a citizen who receives income from any form of government (including unemployment, welfare & disablility) they are only putting back a smaller portion of money that came from the same money supply they paid from ... the private sector's income taxes. The taxes I pay as a state employee are like taking money from one pocket and putting it into the other pocket ... then back again. It's like paying a credit card with a credit card ... this doesn't work out well for the State's funding and when the private sector is unemloyeed it works even worse for government employees like me.

Give the Union employees the option to Opt Out! I'll work for the going rate if it means bringing down SEIU, George Soros, and all the other communist socialist marxist that want the workers of the world to unite ... I mean hey all this Union business is working so well at the State and Federal levels why not make it world wide ... lets start with the outsourced jobs, India here we come. YIKES!, get ready, all they need is a UN and an internet connection.

If we could rely on our courts to uphold the law ... not a bunch of case law garbley goop but the laws our represenatives swore to uphold ... we'd be honored by our Nation's laws anyday over contract agreements that mock our Constitution.

The truth has no agenda ... Gov. Walker did not agree to the Contract Agreements ... volunteer's who were voted in by the communities they represent did ... the school boards. Know the truth ... school boards work for you the people, you vote them in and you can vote them out ... they answer to you the people. The superintendent is hired by the school board ... the rest of the staff is hired and managed by the superintendent and his job is managed by the school board. Gov. Walker has the job of trying to make sure money is redistributed based upon the commitments made to agreements funded from income taxes ... this is Gov. Walker throwing down the shovel and picking up the axe. The citizens of Wisconsin voted him in to do just this ... he's fighting an honorable fight while thinking outside the box ... he's doing his job. Watch closely, this is what a politician with a work ethic looks like ... they're rare. When the private sector jobs come back the income taxes will be there too and hopefully the citizens will not forget the process that scattered the dem's and turned the WI capital into a one sided debate with only the voters who voted in the MIA represenatives on the floor to cry wolf. ... ... the truth has no agenda.

My personal plea on behalf of Media Research Center

Let's just call this my #FF feel good project. It didn't cost a thing but my time!
Oh that makes it easier, you might say, hmm.... look at what I got.

len wenzlick --
THIS IS YOUR "LINK" MESSAGE.
PLEASE CUT AND PASTE BELOW MESSAGE
INTO AN E-MAIL DOCUMENT, AND FORWARD TO YOUR
FRIENDS AND FAMILY, IMMEDIATELY!

The Obama administration owns the liberal media!

The spin machine in Washington runs straight from the White
House to the offices of CNN, NBC, ABC, and the Washington
Post. Obama's statist agenda depends on this ideological alliance
with the liberal media.

Before any significant, positive change can take place, this
alliance between Obama and the liberal media must be exposed,
challenged and broken.

The Media Research Center has allocated its formidable
resources to doing just that, but they are calling on a strong
showing of conservative grassroots support for help.

Click here now to join with me by adding your name to this
important MRC petition to expose and break Obama's unholy
alliance with the liberal media:

http://www.grassrootsaction.com/467/petition.asp?PID=29938037&NID=1

Thanks for joining with me.

Mr. & Mrs. len wenzlick

Media Research Center pleas for truth!

len,

Our friends at The Media Research Center have an important
update for your regarding their recently launched campaign
to break the unholy alliance between President Obama and
the liberal media.

While many Americans understand what is going on in Wisconsin,
far too many of them are being bamboozled with propaganda
from the liberal media every night when they turn on the
news! --David

The protests against fiscal restraint in Wisconsin are
intensifying, thanks in large part to public employees
abusing sick leave and President Obama's Organizing for
America group busing protesters into Wisconsin to fight
efforts to control government spending.

Make no mistake - what is happening in Wisconsin is a desperate
attempt by big government liberals to block any attempt at
sane budgeting. This chaos is being eagerly fanned by the
liberal media rejecting any effort to rein in government
spending as an attack on the working class!

+ + Wisconsin Unions vs. Tea Party: Heroes vs. Villains

When conservatives peacefully protested last March against a
statist agenda that included government takeovers of banks,
businesses and healthcare, the Obama-allied media focused
attention not on the rapid expansion of the federal government,
but on the protesters themselves. Grassroots activists were
referred to as "a violent gang ... roaming Washington." CBS's
Nancy Cordes declared the Tea Party protests, "A weekend
filled with incivility."

Not so with the current protests in Wisconsin.

A just released MRC Media Reality Check shows an unmistakable,
double-standard favoring left-wing causes, and an open
hostility toward Conservative and Tea Party protests.

For the full Media Reality Check and to take fast action
with the MRC to break the unholy alliance between President
Obama and the liberal media that is now threatening our
freedom and liberty, click below:

http://www.grassfire.net/r.asp?u=37944&RID=24994896

During the Tea Party protests, ABC anchor Charles Gibson was
aghast that protestors brought pictures of Obama with a
Hitler-style mustache to a town hall meeting. Gibson
deceptively failed to report the truth that these signs
were not from a Tea Partier but rather a product of Lyndon
LaRouche's ultra-left wing fringe movement.

But the truth doesn't matter when the Leftist media are on
a mission to discredit and demonize conservatives.

Jump forward to the Wisconsin union protests and no one in
the liberal media seems concerned about signs featuring
Governor Scott Walker as Adolf Hitler or soviet dictator
Joseph Stalin.

Signs with messages like, "Don't Retreat, Reload; Repeal
Walker" with crosshairs over the face of the governor are
ignored. By comparison, a Facebook map posted by Sarah
Palin that placed a crosshair graphic on maps of
congressional districts - not elected officials - was
the subject of a liberal media meltdown last month

+ + Grassroots Americans Breaking the Obama-Media alliance

len, the Obama-Media alliance represents a formidable
and dangerous threat to freedom-loving Americans. That's
why MRC founder Brent Bozell is committed to exposing,
neutralizing and ultimately breaking this unholy alliance.

But as we see in Wisconsin, President Obama has his union
shock-troops fighting the ground war and the liberal media
providing the air cover by manipulating public perception
of the situation. This is an all out offensive to advance
their statist agenda!

How conservatives and Tea Party Americans respond to this
threat is critical.

That's why we are urging all members of our team to sign
our petition to break the Obama - Media alliance by clicking
here:

http://www.grassfire.net/r.asp?u=37944&RID=24994896

We at the MRC realize the gravity of this situation, and we're
prepared to take action. Much depends on quickly building
a pro-active grassroots coalition of first-responders who
will join with the MRC to challenge and neutralize the libera
l media.

Our goal is to quickly amass 50,000 signatures that will be
used on the frontlines to call out, expose and neutralize the
media's role in Obama's statist scheme.

After signing, alert your conservative friends and family to
join with you by signing our petition as well by clicking below:

Thank you for taking swift action with the MRC.

In Focus The Truth About Wisconsin Union Issues

Are YOU sure you heard the truth? Hear the rest of the story in this ultimate expose. Don't be mislead by the biased commercials already floated around the state with our tax payer funded union dues! WARNING this is the majority point of view!

in reference to: In Focus- 2/21/11 Jim Schneider with Marv Munyon; The Budget Battle in Madison on Vimeo (view on Google Sidewiki)

A New Grocery Store?

A new Kroger Supermarket opened in Sherwood, OR. It has an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before it goes on, you hear the distant sound of thunder and the smell of fresh rain.

When you pass the milk cases, you hear cows mooing and you experience the scent of fresh cut hay.

In the meat department there is the aroma of charcoal grilled steaks and brats.

In the seafood department, the fresh, clean, crisp smell of the ocean greets you.

When you approach the egg case, you hear hens cluck and cackle and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.

The bread department features the tantalizing smell of fresh baked bread & cookies.

I don't buy toilet paper there anymore.

My little Lincoln Arc

From the Manufacturer

Interested in welding? Ready to try your hand at wire welding? Have we got the welder for you - the Handy MIG from Lincoln Electric! This compact, portable and lightweight wire feed welder plugs into a 115V, 20 amp outlet and is user friendly. Four voltage settings and continuous wire feed speed adjustment allow you to weld mild steel from 24 gauge to 1/8" thick. And, it's easy to get started since practically everything you'll need to MIG weld is in the box - gun and cable assembly, work cable and clamp, gas nozzle, gas regulator and hose, spool of solid wire, contact tips and hand shield with filter plate and lens. Just add a cylinder of shielding gas. But that's not all - there's also a spool of self-shielded, flux-cored wire, contact tips and chipping hammer/brush so you can use your Handy MIG to weld with gasless, flux-cored wire too.

Hmm... This one is newer than mine but... my older model has the same features, same output, just a few less scratches too.

Mine works great with a 5000 watt generator, at the bottom of my home made welding cart.
Don't let those stats in the Lincoln Arc description fool ya! This combo has welded upto 3/8" flat stock at my local butchershop!

I was asked to install a hanging weight scale in the rail system, and I needed to splice it into a section that was not near the support hangers.

Knowing this unit does have limitations, I simply ground a double bevel on both sides of the seams. I left a 1/16" flat on both edges with a root gap approximately the same. I figure that equals a 3/16" champher. Who measures that close when your standing on a ladder anyways?

Good strong tacs on both top and bottom of the rail end held everything in place while welding. My first pass was a single verticle up on both ends, and then on the opposite side of both ends. The rest was a series of virticle up lap welds and Wha -la!

A little touch up with a small Milwaukee grinder and paint from a matching spray bomb!

I'm all choked up

MAY GOD BLESS THIS AIRLINE CAPTAIN:

He writes: My lead flight attendant came to me and said, "We have an H.R. on this flight." (H.R. stands for human remains.)

‘Are they military?’ I asked.

'Yes', she said.

'Is there an escort?' I asked.

'Yes, I already assigned him a seat'.

'Would you please tell him to come to the flight deck. You can board him early,’ I said.

A short while later, a young army sergeant entered the flight deck. He was the image of the perfectly dressed soldier. He introduced himself and I asked him about his soldier. The escorts of these fallen soldiers talk about them as if they are still alive and still with us.

'My soldier is on his way back to Virginia ,' he said. He proceeded to answer my questions, but offered no words.

I asked him if there was anything I could do for him and he said no. I told him that he had the toughest job in the military and that I appreciated the work that he does for the families of our fallen soldiers. The first officer and I got up out of our seats to shake his hand. He left the flight deck to find his seat.

We completed our preflight checks, pushed back and performed an uneventful departure. About 30 minutes into our flight I received a call from the lead flight attendant in the cabin. 'I just found out the family of the soldier we are carrying, is on board', she said. She then proceeded to tell me that the father, mother, wife and 2-year old daughter were escorting their son, husband, and father home. The family was upset because they were unable to see the container that the soldier was in before we left. We were on our way to a major hub at which the family was going to wait four hours for the connecting flight home to Virginia .

The father of the soldier told the flight attendant that knowing his son was below him in the cargo compartment and being unable to see him was too much for him and the family to bear. He had asked the flight attendant if there was anything that could be done to allow them to see him upon our arrival. The family wanted to be outside by the cargo door to watch the soldier being taken off the airplane.. I could hear the desperation in the flight attendants voice when she asked me if there was anything I could do. 'I'm on it', I said. I told her that I would get back to her.

Airborne communication with my company normally occurs in the form of e-mail like messages.. I decided to bypass this system and contact my flight dispatcher directly on a secondary radio. There is a radio operator in the operations control center who connects you to the telephone of the dispatcher. I was in direct contact with the dispatcher. I explained the situation I had on board with the family and what it was the family wanted. He said he understood and that he would get back to me.

Two hours went by and I had not heard from the dispatcher. We were going to get busy soon and I needed to know what to tell the family. I sent a text message asking for an update. I saved the return message from the dispatcher and the following is the text:

'Captain, sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. There is policy on this now and I had to check on a few things. Upon your arrival a dedicated escort team will meet the aircraft. The team will escort the family to the ramp and plane side. A van will be used to load the remains with a secondary van for the family. The family will be taken to their departure area and escorted into the terminal where the remains can be seen on the ramp. It is a private area for the family only. When the connecting aircraft arrives, the family will be escorted onto the ramp and planeside to watch the remains being loaded for the final leg home. Captain, most of us here in flight control are veterans. Please pass our condolences on to the family. Thanks.'

I sent a message back telling flight control thanks for a good job. I printed out the message and gave it to the lead flight attendant to pass on to the father. The lead flight attendant was very thankful and told me, 'You have no idea how much this will mean to them.'

Things started getting busy for the descent, approach and landing. After landing, we cleared the runway and taxied to the ramp area. The ramp is huge with 15 gates on either side of the alleyway. It is always a busy area with aircraft maneuvering every which way to enter and exit. When we entered the ramp and checked in with the ramp controller, we were told that all traffic was being held for us.

'There is a team in place to meet the aircraft', we were told. It looked like it was all coming together, then I realized that once we turned the seat belt sign off, everyone would stand up at once and delay the family from getting off the airplane. As we approached our gate, I asked the copilot to tell the ramp controller we were going to stop short of the gate to make an announcement to the passengers. He did that and the ramp controller said, 'Take your time.'

I stopped the aircraft and set the parking brake. I pushed the public address button and said,'Ladies and gentleman, this is your Captain speaking I have stopped short of our gate to make a special announcement. We have a passenger on board who deserves our honor and respect. His Name is Private XXXXXX, a soldier who recently lost his life. Private XXXXXX is under your feet in the cargo hold. Escorting him today is Army Sergeant XXXXXXX. Also, on board are his father, mother, wife, and daughter. Your entire flight crew is asking for all passengers to remain in their seats to allow the family to exit the aircraft first. Thank you.'

We continued the turn to the gate, came to a stop and started our shutdown procedures. A couple of minutes later I opened the cockpit door. I found the two forward flight attendants crying, something you just do not see. I was told that after we came to a stop, every passenger on the aircraft stayed in their seats, waiting for the family to exit the aircraft.

When the family got up and gathered their things, a passenger slowly started to clap his hands. Moments later more passengers joined in and soon the entire aircraft was clapping. Words of 'God Bless You', I'm sorry, thank you, be proud, and other kind words were uttered to the family as they made their way down the aisle and out of the airplane. They were escorted down to the ramp to finally be with their loved one.

Many of the passengers disembarking thanked me for the announcement I had made. They were just words, I told them, I could say them over and over again, but nothing I say will bring back that brave soldier.

I respectfully ask that all of you reflect on this event and the sacrifices that millions of our men and women have made to ensure our freedom and safety in these United States of AMERICA .

Foot note:

As a Viet Nam Veteran I can only think of all the veterans including the ones that rode below the deck on their way home and how they were treated. When I read things like this I am proud that our country has not turned their backs on our soldiers returning from the various war zones today and give them the respect they so deserve.

I know every one who has served their country who reads this will have tears in their eyes, including me.

Prayer chain for our Military... Don't break it!

Please send this on after a short prayer. Prayer for our soldiersDon't break it!

Prayer:

'Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. Amen..'

Prayer Request: When you receive this, please stop for a moment and say a prayer for our troops around the world.

There is nothing attached. Just send this to people in your address book. Do not let it stop with you. Of all the gifts you could give a Marine, Soldier, Sailor, Airman, & others deployed in harm's way, prayer is the very best one.

GOD BLESS YOU!!!

I'm 63 and I'm Tired!

Riots in Cairo,Egypt? Hmm... whats going on there? Isaiah 19 is titled the doom of Egypt in my KJV Bible.
I also understand that the Lord God said Egypt will always be a base nation, meaning it will never be a super power so to speak. So I feel whats happening over there now will all work out according to God's plan, got it?
I understand that nobody wants to live under a tyrant but, something that is looking more like Surea -Socialism is growing into a Muslim global movement there folks!

I dug a little deeper in to the subject of the Caliphate in my New Standard Encyclopedia and found it right after caliper, something I already know about, hmm... I use one myself.

The Caliphate is the dominion of the Caliph. In a nutshell the Caliph is the Islamic Pope. The Caliph holds absolute power provided he follows the Koran and the Sunna. The sunna is the Islamic tradition. In other words folks we are talking Surea Law! It's perfectly OK to lie, rape, enslave, behead or dismember people just by accusation? So much for human rights hey?

The first caliphate, the orthodox or Sunnite Caliphate began in 632 AD.The last was the Ottoman,(Turkish) Caliphate which ended in 1924.Four other Caliphate empires fought each other through out the centuries in between.

Hmm... soon after the Ottoman Empire ended they were influenced by the Hitler regime during WW 2. Then according to Biblical prophesy Israel Returned! Against all odds the tribe of Judah returned to the land promised to them by God! They were the last to leave and the first to return, hmm..but remember folks there were 10 lost tribes of northern Israel who are now called Caucasians! Get the connection yet?

They, the 10 lost tribes, settled in Europe and in the Americas were they lived their lives and forgot their heritage for the greatest part of modern history.

Now remember folks not all Israel is returned to the promised land and Islam is not going to acknowledge the Lord God YHVH of the Bible! This brings me back to that story of King Nebucanezer's dream in the book of Daniel. The great statue with 10 toes and 2 feet made of Miry Clay and Iron, hmm... some foundation hey?

I told you all this to lead you into this other story sent to me. I can't help but think these two go together.

I'm 63 and I'm Tired
By Robert A. Hall

I'm 63. Except for one semester in college when jobs were scarce and a six-month period when I was between jobs, but job-hunting every day, I've worked, hard, since I was 18. Despite some health challenges, I still put in 50-hour weeks, and haven't called in sick in seven or eight years. I make a good salary, but I didn't inherit my job or my income, and I worked to get where I am. Given the economy, there's no retirement in sight, and I'm tired. Very tired.

I'm tired of being told that I have to "spread the wealth" to people who don't have my work ethic. I'm tired of being told the government will take the money I earned, by force if necessary, and give it to people too lazy to earn it.

I'm tired of being told that Islam is a "Religion of Peace," when every day I can read dozens of stories of Muslim men killing their sisters, wives and daughters for their family "honor"; of Muslims rioting over some slight offense; of Muslims murdering Christian and Jews because they aren't "believers"; of Muslims burning schools for girls; of Muslims stoning teenage rape victims to death for "adultery"; of Muslims mutilating the genitals of little girls; all in the name of Allah, because the Qur'an and Shari'a law tells them to.

I'm tired of being told that out of "tolerance for other cultures" we must let Saudi Arabia use our oil money to fund mosques and mandrassa Islamic schools to preach hate in America, Australia and Canada, while no American nor Australian nor Canadian group, or any other country, is allowed to fund a church, synagogue or religious school in Saudi Arabia to teach love and tolerance.

I'm tired of being told I must lower my living standard to fight global warming, which no one is allowed to debate.

I'm tired of being told that drug addicts have a disease, and I must help support and treat them, and pay for the damage they do. Did a giant germ rush out of a dark alley, grab them, and stuff white powder up their noses while they tried to fight it off?

I'm tired of hearing wealthy athletes, entertainers and politicians of both parties talking about innocent mistakes, stupid mistakes or youthful mistakes, when we all know they think their only mistake was getting caught. I'm tired of people with a sense of entitlement, rich or poor..

I'm real tired of people who don't take responsibility for their lives and actions. I'm tired of hearing them blame the government, or discrimination or big-whatever for their problems.

Yes, I'm damn tired.. But I'm also glad to be 63. Because, mostly, I'm not going to have to see the world these people are making. I'm just sorry for my granddaughter.

Robert A. Hall is a Marine Vietnam veteran who served five terms in the Massachusetts State Senate.

There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

This is your chance to make a difference.

" I'm 63 and I'm tired. If you don't forward this you are part of the problem.
