Post Peak Blues?

When people are moving or working toward a goal, their lives have a purpose. But when the task is completed, a sense meaninglessness often sets in. The time of triumph can become a time of mild depression.
Here are some suggestions to help you overcome these "post peak blues".

1. Make plans plans beyond the completion of the immediate goal, or set aside some time to critique and plan any improvements you may want on your success the next time.

2. Get involved with another activity immediately, Do not dwell on your blues. Setting new goals or the next step to reach your overall dream, will help keep your mind off the negative feelings.

3. Accept the feeling of being let down as temporary,an absolutely normal sign that you are emotionally set free to be even more creative for your next goal.
